President Obama talks about changing education by modeling what works like in the case of Booker T. Washington.  Educators at this school have made changes that increased graduation rates and now has more students enrolled in college.

We need to reward the reforms that are driven not by Washington but by principals and teachers and parents.  That's how we'll make process in education.
